What seperates us from the rest, is we have a hybrid approach, we can program the factory head unit to accept a rear camera, then use our own custom made kits and cameras to operate just like an OEM unit, look like an OEM unit, but half the cost, all without the requirement of expensive additional modules.
Some services such as reverse camera installations, module cloning, AdBlue/DPF, remapping can be done whilst you wait in most cases, however for electrical diagnostic work we advise leaving the vehicle.
We start with an "initial diagnosis", this is the first hour we spend on your vehicle, within this hour we usually identify the cause of the fault/failure and can report back to you with this information for a decision, however if faults are more complex or intermittent, further authorisation may be required, we will however call you prior to proceeding.
