Power Upgrades

Power Upgrades

Remapping your car or van doesn't have to just be about chasing horsepower or figures, it is about how it drives, how it tows, how it operates.

For example if you tow a caravan regularly, and you require higher initial torque pulling away a remap can increase low-rpm torque by over 100nM in some cases, that's huge! Have a look below and see what your vehicle is capible of:

A safe solution to more power

Before every remap, we always carry out a health check of your vehicle, checking for any existing fault codes, a visual inspection of the engine and a quick few questions about your service history.

We will never tune a vehicle beyond it's limits, that isn't us. We may be 5-10bhp less than the next guy offering a remap, but ours target safety, reliability and usability.

  • Higher torque and horsepower
  • Helps reduce fuel consumption
  • Engine health check carried out before hand
  • Additional options e.g. DPF, AdBlue off, hard cut limiters etc

Can I wait with the vehicle while you carry out the work?

Some services such as reverse camera installations, module cloning, AdBlue/DPF, remapping can be done whilst you wait in most cases, however for electrical diagnostic work we advise leaving the vehicle.

What is process for diagnosing an electrical issue with my vehicle?

We start with an "initial diagnosis", this is the first hour we spend on your vehicle, within this hour we usually identify the cause of the fault/failure and can report back to you with this information for a decision, however if faults are more complex or intermittent, further authorisation may be required, we will however call you prior to proceeding.

Are remaps safe for my vehicle?

As with any type of power upgrade, there are always risks, although these risk are extremely low you should always consider that you are taking the vehicle beyond how the manufacturer intended, when carrying out a power upgrade we take no liabilty or responsibility of any issues that may arise.
