For example there is a common issue on BMW vehicles where the radio becomes stuck in a reboot cycle, this can be cured with an iLevel update to the HU-B control unit.

All software updates are carried out using dealer equipment meaning your vehicle will be updated to the very latest software available from the manufacturer.
Some services such as reverse camera installations, module cloning, AdBlue/DPF, remapping can be done whilst you wait in most cases, however for electrical diagnostic work we advise leaving the vehicle.
We start with an "initial diagnosis", this is the first hour we spend on your vehicle, within this hour we usually identify the cause of the fault/failure and can report back to you with this information for a decision, however if faults are more complex or intermittent, further authorisation may be required, we will however call you prior to proceeding.
