When it comes to repairing your vehicle, we carry out nearly all repairs in-house, this means that from module programming or cloning to a full ECU replacement, we don't outsource anything. This keeps both our and your costs down, meaning your repair bill is drastically less.

How does it work?

We first start by taking a few details either in person or over the phone about your vehicles issues, we then fix a date for you to drop the vehicle off. We tend to identify most things within the first hour of diagnostics, however if it is a more complex issue we will ring you for authorisation before hand. Our labour rate is £72.00 including VAT.

Can I wait with the vehicle while you carry out the work?

Some services such as reverse camera installations, module cloning, AdBlue/DPF, remapping can be done whilst you wait in most cases, however for electrical diagnostic work we advise leaving the vehicle.

What is process for diagnosing an electrical issue with my vehicle?

We start with an "initial diagnosis", this is the first hour we spend on your vehicle, within this hour we usually identify the cause of the fault/failure and can report back to you with this information for a decision, however if faults are more complex or intermittent, further authorisation may be required, we will however call you prior to proceeding.

What is the average cost of a repair to my vehicle?

Unfortunately this is impossible to advise, as there is a lot of factors involved in a repair, e.g. amount of hours spent finding the fault, replacing / sourcing parts, programming. We will always strive to keep you in the loop and always seek authorisation before the bill gets too big.
