Where the manufacturer would charge upwards of £3,000 for a replacement system, we can repair it at component level, this means we can replace the damaged parts inside the system for drematically less.
This includes, but is not limited to, replacement screens, digitisers, internal components and even OEM software updates to resolve specific issues.
We operate on a no repair, no charge basis, so if what we quote doesn't fix the issue, you won't be charged for the work.
Some services such as reverse camera installations, module cloning, AdBlue/DPF, remapping can be done whilst you wait in most cases, however for electrical diagnostic work we advise leaving the vehicle.
We start with an "initial diagnosis", this is the first hour we spend on your vehicle, within this hour we usually identify the cause of the fault/failure and can report back to you with this information for a decision, however if faults are more complex or intermittent, further authorisation may be required, we will however call you prior to proceeding.
